Are Megumin and Kazuma in a relationship?

Currently, in the light novel, Megumin has confessed her feelings to Kazuma and they've entered a relationship as "more than friends but less than lovers." While they tried to keep it a secret, it became known to the rest of the group after Darkness confessed to Kazuma.

Considering this, does Megumin end up with Kazuma?

In the short story after volume 17, it was revealed that Megumin and Kazuma ended up together and went public with their relationship. Their relationship has progressed to the point where Kazuma gave up his dream of building a harem.
