How does EZ reload work?

EZ-Reload is a free service when you sign up via the EZ-Link app, with any Visa or Mastercard. A $0.25 convenience fee is charged for each EZ-Reload top-up for Amex or Diners cardholders.
If you do not tap out when alighting, you will be charged the maximum fare from the point where you boarded the bus. This is how distance fare system works: When you tap your card on the farecard reader during boarding, you will be charged the maximum fare from the point of boarding.
Once the cheque has been cleared or the outstanding amount has been settled, simply bring your auto top-up enabled concession card to any TransitLink Ticket Office or GTM at MRT Stations or bus interchanges to unblock the card and you will be able to use it once again!
