Can I return books to any King County Library?

You may return your books through the manual book drops during open hours. Find the nearest location with a book drop on the Find a Location map. Or, find your library on the A-Z location list.

Throughout the year, the Kings County Library accepts donations of books, CD's, DVD's at every branch library location. Materials not added to the library's collection will be sent to the Friends of the Library book sales, outer branch book sales, recycled for paper or donated to other organizations.

How do I return my books? The Library is now accepting returns at 13 Library locations every day from 10am to 6 p.m. or until book returns are full. You may drop off your items at any of these locations: Central Library.
