Yes. The EZ-Link App works on both NFC-enabled and non-NFC enabled phones. CEPAS cards and EZ-Link charms issued by EZ-Link have a 16-digit CAN ID that begins with 100. Unfortunately, we are unable to support CEPAS cards issued by other providers such as NETS FlashPay.

How to use it like an EZ-link card

The EZ-Link x Touch 'n Go Motoring cards can only be purchased at selected 7-Eleven stores in Singapore from September 2020 onwards. The card will be sold at $10 apiece, which includes a $3 load value in the EZ-Link purse.
If you lose your EZ-Link card, you can immediately block it to transfer any remaining stored value to a new EZ-Link card. What's more, get coverage if there is any unauthorised usage on your lost card!
Your EZ-Link card is valid for use for 5 years from the date of issue. From 1 Nov 2016, a Refund Service Charge of $1 will be charged per month for EZ-Link cards that have expired for 2 years or more.
