How do I share files from Windows XP to Windows 10?

1. Click Start -> Settings -> Printers and Faxes.
2. Then right click the printer icon that you want to share out and choose Sharing
3. Choose the option Share this printer and type in the Share Name in the text box.
4. Then there will be a hand appear under the printer icon .Connect from Windows XP (Client side)

Windows XP:

1. Open Windows Explorer.
2. Click on Tools > Folder Options.
3. Select the View tab and scroll to the bottom of the list.
4. Deselect "Use simple file sharing"
5. Click "Apply to All Folders", then Apply and OK.
