"Two days is the minimum for Phnom Penh". Only if you know what you want to do on Day 3. Three days is the absolute minimum in "my opinion" for Siem Reap, 2 days for Phnom Penh. Having done three trips and booked for the fourth, there is never enought time for this wonderful place!!!
