Last weekend's flooding has left Chicago's tallest skyscraper without any electricity. Willis Tower (a.k.a. Sears Tower, to most Chicagoans) is still without power and closed to all occupants and visitors as of Wednesday morning, due to flooding of a ComEd substation in the building's basement.
