There are other answers below:

If you have cheats enabled, then: /give @p enchanted_book{StoredEnchantments:[{id:sharpness,lvl:10}]} If it’s survival and without cheats, then you can’t get anything above sharpness 5. Also be aware that trying to use the book reduces it down to level 5 on the weapon, so it’s pretty much useless to have the level any higher than 5.

to use it simply put a sword in your inventory, enchant it with sharpness 1-5, open the level.dat with a NBT editor (NBTexplorer reccomended) go to your player’s inventory, go to the diamond sword, change the sharpness value to 10. command: edit: my bad /give minecraft:diamond_sword{Enchantments:[{id:sharpness,lvl:10}]} 1

get 10 sharpness /give MinecraftMax enchanted_book{StoredEnchantments:[{id:sharpness,lvl:1}]} 1 sharpness will be given to the player with the nickname MinecraftMax

to use it simply put a sword in your inventory, enchant it with sharpness 1-5, open the level.dat with a NBT editor (NBTexplorer reccomended) go to your player’s inventory, go to the diamond sword, change the sharpness value to 10. command: edit: my bad /give minecraft:diamond_sword{Enchantments:[{id:sharpness,lvl:10}]} 1

To get a sharpness 10 diamond sword you would perform:.g diamond_sword, sharpness:10. .g is used like this:.g ITEM_NAME_OR_ID_WITH_UNDERSCORE,enchant1NoUnderscore:Level,enchant2:Level etc. Comma is the separator for enchantments. No spaces except between .g and the item/info

You can get these Unstable Enchantments by commands, and thus are not obtainable in survival (obviously). To do it, you just need to add the Nbt “{Enchantments:[{id:ENCHANT,lvl:LEVEL}]}” Here is an example like you asked in the question: /give @p diamond_axe{Enchantments:[{id:sharpness,lvl:10},{id:looting,lvl:12}]} Or For Single Enchants

Sharpness – Minecraft Wiki tip minecraft.fandom.com. In Bedrock Edition, each level of Sharpness adds 1.25 extra damage. An anvil is required for the player to apply Sharpness V to a wooden, stone, iron, diamond, or netherite weapon, though iron and diamond swords with it can generate in end city and bastion remnant chests.
