Just so, is there anything you can't put in a hippo bag?
The bag should not be used to dispose of hazardous or specialist wastes. Examples include asbestos, fridges, freezers, batteries, electrical goods, gas bottles, liquids, chemicals, sprung mattresses and clinical or food waste.
Similarly, can I take a hippo bag to the tip? Instead of using a waste contractor to collect it, you can always put the bag in the back of your car and drive it to your local dump.
Besides, what can you put in skip bags?

Are hippo bags any good?
Pricey but excellent service. Ordered the biggest bag for soil and turf as my local tip is only accepting very small amounts due to Covid. Quite pricey and the bag wasn't huge but delivery and pick-up of the bag was completely seamless.
