Also asked, is mage a good class Hearthstone?
Mage has had good decks, top tier ones. Most recently the conjurer's calling mage. Mage is also the class I love playing the most. I agree that out of the cards we have seen so far mage is losing to some other classes but there are still many cards to see.
Also, how do you beat mage in Hearthstone? To beat mage your best bets are face hunter because it's so fast or big Druid because the minions are sticky. Other decks are either too slow or can't deal with the crazy swing turns from mage. I believe quest warlock would also be a decent matchup.
Additionally, how do I build a good Hearthstone deck?
The Key Elements to a Successful Deck
- 2.1. Powerful and Consistent Win Condition(s)
- 2.2. A Stable Mana Curve.
- 3.1. Step One: Adding Core Cards.
- 3.2. Step Two: Adding Class-Specific Cards.
- 3.3. Step Three: Adding Neutral Minions.
- 3.4. Step Four: The Last Few Pieces.
Is freeze mage still viable?
The current Freeze Mage deck is still capable of stalling the game and going for a lethal two-turn combo, but it has an alternative win condition where it uses freeze effects to prevent the opponent from answering its big minions and simply uses them to punch face.
