Allow up to 20 candles to be placed on cake. I think that up to 20 candles (or so) could be placed on a single cake, getting smaller each as more are added. They could be different colors, and the pattern changes as you place more on the cake, from 1-5 big ones in the center, to 20 tiny candles placed all around the edge of the cake.
